American Rescue Plan Act

American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) became public law in March 2021 and was issued in response to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.  ARPA provided additional funding to states across the United States for ongoing recovery from the economic impacts due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

ARPA funds were disbursed and awarded to healthcare entities and facilities, small/local businesses, nonprofit and veteran organizations, nursing homes and long-term care facilities, mental health and substance abuse facilities, etc. to continue providing financial support for healthcare needs and speed up economic recovery due to the ongoing pandemic.
