  • FIS 24-097  Department of Safety, Division of Homeland Security Emergency Management, to accept and expend $3,000,000 of American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA), State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (FRF), for the further implement security enhancements in State facilities.   • FIS 24-038  Department of Agriculture, Markets and Food, requests authorization to accept and expend funds in the amount of $8,000,000 in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State Fiscal Recovery Funds (SFRF) for the Emergency Crop Relief and Operations Program, effective upon Fiscal Committee and Governor and Council approval through September 30, 2024.
  • FIS 24-039  New Hampshire Department of Education (NHED) to amend a current item by reallocating funds in and among classes within an accounting unit in the amount of $150,000 to increase support for grant projects, effective upon Fiscal Committee and Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2025.
  • FIS 24-040  Governor's Office for Emergency Relief and Recovery (GOFERR) to accept and expend $200,000 to assist the NHSCOT in replacing revenue lost during the COVID-19 Pandemic and due to the cancellation ofthe2023 Highland Games, effective upon approvals of the Fiscal Committee and Governor and Executive Council through June 30, 2025.
  • FIS 24-041  Governor's Office for Emergency Relief and Recovery (GOFERR) to accept and expend $3,600,000 to do a comprehensive statewide assessment of the security of the courts and make appropriate upgrades throughout, effective upon approvals of the Fiscal Committee and Governor and Executive Council through June 30, 2025.
  • FIS 24-042  Governor's Office for Emergency Relief and Recovery (GOFERR) to accept and expend $1,036,000 to assist the Volunteer NH Program in matching their ARPA and other program funding in order to fully implement their programing and maximize funding opportunities, effective upon approvals of the Fiscal Committee and Governor and Executive Council through June 30, 2025.
  • FIS 24-043  Department of lnformation Technology (DoIT) to amend an American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State Fiscal Recovery Funds (SFRF) item approved by the Fiscal Committee (FIS 21-141) on June 8, 2021 and Governor and Council #68 on June 16, 2021, and as extended by Fiscal Committee (FIS 23-166) on May 19, 2023 and Governor and Council #160 on May 31, 2023, by transferring $212,500 in and among classes within an accounting unit for the purposes of obtaining software to develop, implement and provide cloud solutions that will enable and modernize digital government services. Effective upon Fiscal Committee and Governor and Council approvals through June 30, 2024.
  • FIS 24-045  Department of Safety, Division of Emergency Services and Communications, to accept and expend $736,116 of American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA), State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (FRF), to award a grant to the New Hampshire Public Broadcasting Service (NHPBS) for the costs associated with transitioning to enhanced emergency communication systems for public safety.  Effective upon Fiscal Committee and Governor and Council approval through September 30, 2024.
